Many thanks to the staff of CornerHouse Gallery for a terrific, well-attended Fall Show opening last week. All-jazz radio station KCCK-88.3 out of Cedar Rapids, IA hosted an interview with artist Nancy Lindsey and me. No word yet on a digital recording available online, but i'll keep you posted. The interview -- and the show's opening reception -- offered futher opportunity to talk about so-called Abstract Painting, especially in relationship to the immensely popular Iowa Landscape Painting.
